Tommy Munichiello
Tommy developed much of his youth game with Lovell Hockey in South Shore, Massachusetts, where he also played for the Boston Advantage AAA. He competed at the U16 and U18 levels in the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League before advancing directly to Babson College, where he played four seasons under Head Coach Jamie Rice.
Tommy is now entering his eighth professional season, with over 300 games of experience across the German Oberliga, ECHL, SPHL, and FPHL.
In addition to his playing career, Tommy brings over a decade of on-ice coaching experience, including work with Lovell Hockey, Militia Hockey Club, Babson College Summer Camps, and, most recently, the Virginia Hockey Lab. He has also spent nearly 15 years training in hockey-specific strength and conditioning under Dan Boothby and Thomas Boothby, emphasizing a well-rounded, performance-driven approach to player development.
Matty O’Dea
Matty spent much of his youth learning and playing in the Orland Park Vikings AA program in Illinois. He finished out his youth hockey playing for the U18 AA Romeoville Huskies. He competed in the U16 and U18 levels in the Tier 2 Central States Division Hockey League. From there, he played junior hockey for the Hudson Crusaders in the Minnesota Junior Hockey League, then for the Iron Rangers in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota.
He then played in college for 4 years under Greg Heffernan while completing his undergraduate degree in child behavior management at Western New England University. Matty is now entering his 8th professional season. Over 300 games between the SPHL and FPHL, Matty has won championships in both leagues: the 20/21 season in the FPHL and the 22/23 season in the SPHL. He was also awarded ALL SPHL second team defensemen in 23/24, ALL SPHL first team defensemen in 25/26, and SPHL defensemen of the year in 25/26.
Matty also adds over 15 years of coaching experience, including work with Doug Bosse at the DB Hockey Academy, Patt Tabb at the Springfield Pics organization, and the Virginia Hockey Lab. He has also spent time with Ryan Secor, learning about the fundamentals of the hockey stride and balance on the ice.
